Dr. Camille Peres

Bio

Dr. S. Camille Peres is an Associate Professor with Environmental and Occupational Health and an Associate Director of the ErgoCenter at Texas A&M University. She received her Ph.D. in Psychology from Rice University in 2005 and does collaborative research on Human Factors and high-risk processing industries (e.g., oil and gas industry, chemical processing, and emergency response). She currently investigates performance implications for procedure design and use, Human Robotic Interaction in disaster environments, and measuring team performance in Emergency Operations. Dr. Peres is a Certified Human Factors Professional and regularly gives talks to industry groups regarding Human Factors and high-risk industries.
